Traffic scheme editor. A tool for drawing city road schemes, built to replace AutoCAD for traffic engineers.
I designed the core interaction model and drawing mechanics and led the product from the first sketch to one of the company's two flagship products. New engineers went from 4 to 5 weeks of training to 3 to 5 days.
Its data became the street data source for Yandex Navigator.

The UI Codex. Started in 2025 as a paid course on prototyping in React, which I used to train my team. When coding agents made the course obsolete, I turned the site into a research project: one question on the homepage, 108 answers, and a Buy button that tested intent before I built anything.
